The CTIVR module provides a simple IVR for every end customer. There can hardly be a company which has not required  incoming calls to be routed and prioritized according to their requests. "Press 1 for sales, 2 for accounting, 3 for support, ..."   Owners of the CTIVR module simply enter the number for the appropriate DTMF signal and load the suitable meassage as wave files to the VAS server; that's it - much less effort than with traditional PABX's. No overpriced specialists are needed for the installation.
