The standard Callisto CallCenter version provides the following features:
- prepended ACD (cascadable)
- unlimited number of FIFO-Queues (FIFO = First In First Out)
- unlimited number of agents for each queue (also overlapping)
- configurable agent selection: top-down, round robin or parallel
- live view of queues from local computer
- queues overview on telephone
- name resolution of the callers on the telephone and computer
- special routing for 'No business hours' and 'Holidays'
- custom announcements / music-on-hold per upload
- comprehensive reporting
- the most complex operational sequences and applications can be individually realised
Callisto CallCenter is available for Callisto Express and Callisto UCM. It can also be used in conjunction with Callisto One, but without text messages for telephones.
