With the Callisto hotline, CTModule provides an easy to use customer service, respecting Callisto partners' demands. The hotline is provided for a clearer overview of the system and to give quick and competent replies to all sorts of requests in the area of IP telephony based on Callisto and Cisco® Unified Communications Manager (Express) or any legacy PABX.
 
First and second level requests are answered directly, if possible. At third level, the appropriate CTModule service members are involved automatically.
