Authorizations Callisto CDR Reporting is based on the general authorization concept of Callisto. This allows each individual CDR user to access the reports.
Automation With the ReportScheduler add-on module, CDR reports can also be sent to defined distribution lists on a time-controlled basis.
Configuration After a short CUCM SFTP server configuration, CDR reporting is ready for use. Existing CDRs are imported and can be evaluated using predefined or newly created filters.
Deployment The CDR Reporting module is an integrated part of the Callisto platform and is readily available via platform license. Prepared as an appliance image (OVA), the Callisto system can be installed on any virtual machine or physical server.
Display media The CDR reports can be shown on screen, MS Excel or MS Access depending on the medium with or without graphical evaluation.
Filter Callisto CDR Reporting provides predefined and individually configurable evaluation filters in all available user languages. The filters can be named and configured differently for each language. They can also be set up individually using SQL commands. Preconfigured filters are available, which can be supplemented as desired by authorized users.

The source is the key to quality

CDR Reporting provides the original Cisco UCM data directly as raw data in order to keep the data quality high. Through SFTP server import, this raw data is provided by Callisto CDR Reporting for further processing. Data that no longer exists on the Cisco PBX can still be retrieved and processed in CDR Reporting. Data no longer required can be deleted automatically after a definable time on Callisto.

Custom Filter

Freely definable filters

Different departments and functions in a company have different needs for evaluations. For this reason, the CDR Reporting module has a unique filter concept, which allows predefined and customized data evaluations. Any query can be made per filter, using any number of field/operator commands or even individual SQL statements.

Every single filter can be defined in the respective language so that colleagues in other languages can also benefit from these evaluations.


Further processing of data

Do you want to get a quick impression of the data, or would you process the data further instead? Both options are possible with Callisto CDR Reporting! The evaluation of the respective filter can be done on the screen or further processed as Excel or Access file. Predefined graphical evaluations are available in MS Access too.


Reporting in detail

In most cases, even more detailed data must be available in the individual applications, such as ACD, Alarming or  ManagerAssistant solution, etc. Therefore, many Callisto modules provide additional, detailed reporting of their functions. Callisto can guarantee all customer-specific needs for detailed evaluations at any time.

Authorization

Callisto architecture – The new simplicity

The Callisto platform provides the following features (without Modules and Applications):

  • all interfaces to the Cisco telephony infrastructure, provisioning (e.g., Kurmi), and 3rd party systems (e.g. (S)PMS, CRM, alarm systems, etc.)
  • Base infrastructure for import, configuration, and administration of modules, collections, and applications
  • Platform management for security, back-up/restore, update/upgrade process, licensing, log and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Dashboard and reporting
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) support
  • User and administrator management, rights management.

After licensing, modules, collections, or customized applications can be uploaded to the Callisto platform and configured in a simple and flexible way.
