Callisto Now Available for Calling in Cisco’s Webex Teams (Unified CM)

We are thrilled to announce the successful integration of Callisto, our all-in-one UCC platform, into Cisco’s Webex Teams. Callisto will enhance the experience with Webex Teams, making many additional features available to the end-user.

Cisco is setting with Webex on an easy-to-use collaboration solution that brings together messaging, file sharing, video meetings, whiteboarding, calling, and other tools you use to streamline teamwork and produce results faster. In a normal setting, Webex Teams is deployed in a hybrid environment with a CUCM on premise and a cloud link for IM&Presence. It is fully compatible with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) and Cisco Webex Calling – and now also with CTModule’s Callisto.

As Webex is just another client for Callisto, all Modules are fully functional: i.e., COC, VoiceRecording, ProfACD, IVR. Tabs within the Webex interface will soon be available.

A Step Closer to a Seamless Workflow

The new embedment allows users to connect instantly to Callisto Modules via their Webex Teams account. Vice-versa, calls from and to Webex Teams can be monitored and managed via Callisto Operation Control. The integration provides seamless continuity from Callisto to Webex Teams and offers a complete calling experience. The Webex Teams integration makes Callisto’s calling features easily accessible on desktop and mobile devices.

Instant and broadened access allows for further-reaching collaboration. For example, with Callisto, people outside of the Webex Teams environment can be contacted effortlessly. This makes it much easier for a customer service officer to keep in touch with their clients without leaving their collaboration environment and losing their workflow.
