ProfACD Viewer

ProfACD Viewer is a Callisto application that provides a graphical representation of ProfACD queue information. It operates alongside a ProfACD instance, with each ProfACD Viewer associated with only one ProfACD instance. As the third application in the Callisto call center suite, it is typically integrated into the COC as an HTML pane, allowing agents to view queue information, caller information, and details about other agents.
