Ease of Use
Simple yet secure is the process of making private, external calls with PINCode Telephony: a PIN-protected call can be made from any telephone on board the ship. Billing is fully automatic and integrated with the PMS.
The cruise line determines the prices for private calls. Callisto offers the possibility to set the rates for guests and crew individually according to the call destination.
The PIN (optionally also the Manning number) and the entire billing process are fully automated and integrated with the PMS.
Pre and Post Paid
PINCode Telephony offers the possibility of charging for private, external calls in both post-paid and pre-paid (optional, on request) models.
Every call is recorded in detail and can be found in the reporting using flexible search criteria. Reimbursement can even be made via Cruise Base Reporting.
